A structured work process in 7 steps
Successful innovation needs structure. You don’t just ‘start’ an invention. Always begin with the end in mind: a clear idea of the challenge presented and a good knowledge of the need to be fulfilled.
At PCV Group we combine the best of both worlds in end-to-end product development, with our team of specialised engineers, project managers and advisors. Our technicians and developers drive the innovation, whilst our experienced project managers ensure that things stay on track. Working this way, we can guarantee that each and every project matches our customers criteria with the best high-tech, low cost solutions as a result.
Design for Six Sigma
We conduct each project with the help of various tools, including creative brainstorming sessions, front-end development workshops as well as Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) during the later development phases. DfSS is an internationally acclaimed and proven evidence-based way of working. It ensures reliable data analysis and valid conclusions.
High-tech low cost mass production
Our work process and approach is always structured and pragmatic. Every new project starts from a technical point of view and the following questions: how are we going to achieve the required results, will these results meet the expectations and how will we achieve the functions that are needed in the best way possible? Success in our field is not that simple, taking into account that the high-tech key components and products that we design and develop are mass produced for low costs. We’re talking products for everyday use with a guaranteed high quality performance.
We get things done by combining our technical expertise with creativity and a structured development process. The way we work consists of seven major phases.
