To develop a high quality, reliable sprayer that can be mass produced at a bottom-range price.
Our solution
For this particular project we provided support during the development and validation of the conceptual designs. The aim was to develop a complete range of plastic sprayers with a maximum integration of functions. We helped improve the connection between bottle and spraycap and designed and developed a low cost, integrated plastic spring to replace the standard metal spring.
